Keith is the Director of Operations and his wife, Janet is the Business Director of Wehmeir Development LLC. Their offices are located at 708 W. Main in Greenwood, Missouri. A 1917 Historical two-story home was rescued by the Wehmeir’s and completely restored and is currently their Company office. Another historical home within this complex is currently being developed into “Greenwood Village” an office/retail complex with historical façade of shops and restored homes. This would offer opportunities for growth in the Greenwood/Lee’s Summit area utilizing attractive architectural design while winning public recognition for the area.
